Registration

We welcome you to register for ICIDS 2014!

All fees are shown in Singapore dollars. The total amount shown in bold text is inclusive of 7% GST. An "early bird" registration discount is available until 30 September, 2014.

There are different fees for student and non-student participants. Students should send a scanned copy of their student ID to icids2014@gmail.com. As the conference gets closer, we may be able offer full or partial reimbursements to a limited number of students in exchange for volunteering during the conference. If desired, students may e-mail the conference chairs at icids2014@gmail.com to indicate their interest in this opportunity.

Authors are reminded to register for the full conference before 18 August, 2014.

Full conference

Full registration to ICIDS 2014 includes admission to all invited talks, presentations and workshops, the opening reception on 3 November, coffee breaks and lunches on 3, 4 and 5 November, and one copy of the conference proceedings, either as a printed book or as a USB thumb drive. Full registrants may choose between book or USB proceedings during registration until 20 September. Proceedings will be available on a first-come, first-served basis thereafter.

• students (on or before 30 Sept. 2014): S$350 + 7% GST = S$374.50
• students (after 30 Sept. 2014): S$450 + 7% GST = S$481.50
• non-students (on or before 30 Sept. 2014): S$550 + 7% GST = S$588.50
• non-students (after 30 Sept. 2014): S$650 + 7% GST = S$695.50

One-day pass

The one-day pass does not include the conference proceedings. A limited number of extra copies will be available for purchase at the conference.

• students (on or before 30 Sept. 2014): S$150 + 7% GST = S$160.50
• students (after 30 Sept. 2014): S$200 + 7% GST = S$214.00
• non-students (on or before 30 Sept. 2014): S$250 + 7% GST = S$267.75
• non-students (after 30 Sept. 2014): S$300 + 7% GST = S$321.00

How to register

To register, please complete the online registration form. Payment will be accepted online in the form of credit card (Amex, Visa or Mastercard), or eDebit via internet banking (Singapore): DBS/POSB, UOB or Citibank. If you do not have a credit card or Singapore bank account, please fill out the online form and pay by bank draft or cheque (instructions are given on the online form).

Cancellation Policy

Registered participants requesting to withdraw from conference within two weeks of payment and before 15 October 2014 receive a full refund of the conference registration fees less an administrative charge of S$50. Withdrawals received more than two weeks after payment has been made and before 15 October 2014, receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for withdrawals after 15 October 2014.

Optional Conference Dinner

The ICIDS 2014 conference dinner will be held on 4 November at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel. Located at the lobby of the hotel, Cafe Brio's showcases a range of distinctive cuisine with international and Asian flair.

The payment for the dinner should be made together with your room booking if you are staying at one of the conference hotels. If you are not staying in one of the conference hotels, then please email the conference organizers at icids2014@gmail.com to confirm your attendance and arrange for payment.
